She did a tremendous job caring for our six bunnies, seamlessly handling their medications, dietary needs and general cheekiness. Lauren did a thorough visit in advance, asking thoughtful questions about their needs and my preferences, and she kept me up to date during my trip, letting me know everything was just fine. She took great care of my sweet kitty, and was incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure my Gwenny was well cared for and that my mind was at ease the entire time I was gone. Gwenny is normally very obviously stressed when I return from trips, so it was really great returning to find a happy fur baby.
